Return and Refund Policy

Our online dispensary, has a return and refund policy which is at its best and we make sure we abide by it.

The customer can request for a refund or is eligible to return the product if they come across these issues.

  • If the wrong product is delivered
  • This policy can be definitely used by customers who received damaged pills
  • If there is a considerate amount of time delay for the package to arrive, the customer can either cancel the order and ask for a refund or ask us to reship a new set of pills.

Any complaints or clarifications regarding this should be notified to the customer care team as soon as possible, delay in conveying the information or the complaint after a particular time frame would not be considered. Immediate action will be taken by the team once the complaint is received.

If the wrong set of pills are delivered to the customer , they are supposed to return the package immediately to the delivery person. A new set of pills would be replaced by the online dispensary and delivered. However this is not applicable for customers who have given a wrong address, if that is the case then they cannot claim for a refund or reshipping of the drug.

The reshipped medication would be delivered to the within a short amount of time for the eligible customer and the customer need not pay any extra charges as the cost would be completely free.

Our online dispensary abides and follows the federal laws. The refund money would be credited to the customer’s account only if we are not able to ship the needed medicine to your location.
